REFUND POLICY

StayKlean Janitorial accepts returns under the following conditions:

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• A valid receipt or transaction number is required.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Final Sale Items: Toilet paper, paper towels, and similar paper goods are non-refundable.
• Cleaning chemicals are refundable only if unopened and sealed.
• All returns must be brought to our physical store at:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear used, opened, tampered with, or damaged.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery at 289-643-0082 or email us at StayKleanJanitorial@gmail.ca. We may arrange pickup at our discretion.

Refunds
